Headache: Take simple pain relief with brufen and paracetamol if you are not allergic. If that doesn't help see Family doctor. Could be migraine . Will need to do a physical exam and exclude any infections after taking a detailed history

Sinus congestion: Sounds a lot like sinus congestion causing pressure in the head with likely fluid in the middle ears which allow the pulsation of the carotid artery to transmit clearly and you "feel" your pulse in your ears. Sound waves travel in water better than air! Nothing is wrong with this syndrome other than discomfort. Allowing the Eustachian tubes to open will relieve the pulsations.

Throbbing: This type of headache is more characteristic of migraine or a vascular cause, but can also occur in some cases of tension headache. It's important to have your blood pressure checked. A neurologist is best qualified to determine what is causing your headache and since it's been going on for three days, I recommend that you get evaluated as soon as possible.
