Difficult to say: Without more thorough history and a physical exam. That being said, if pain all over that is not getting better, need to start thinking about issues such as fibromyalgia (completely overdiagosed these days), centralized pain issues, or rheumatologic disease. Blood tests for rheum disease. Central issues can be treated with meds like cymbalta (duloxetine). Central does not =crazy, just increased sensitivity.

Pain: Treatment should always be directed at the cause of your pain. The information provided in your question does not lead to a specific diagnosis. A through history and physical examination will help determine the exact diagnosis leading to optimized treatment.
