Pubic Symphysis : Pubic symphysis dysfunction is usually due to deferential stress to the area. Commonly seen in someone with pelvic obliquity due to leg length discrepancy or muscle imbalances. If a previous injury happen due birth of child that can contribute. Not sure what you are referring to when you say bad bone marrow?
