He needs help: Before going down the path of starting a family, your husband needs to seek help for problem drinking. While i know nothing about your situation, given what you have said, conception seems like a bad idea until he has sought help.

Conceived on March 28th, Binge drank on weekends April 2nd, 9th and 16th. Last drink on the 17th, did not consume alcohol during the week at all, positive test on April 22nd, could I have done damage to the baby in those 3 weeks?
