I would suggest a visit to an oral suregoen who could request proper imagining studies --mri, cat, icat--to unlock the mystery. Losing teeth is a serious consequence of whatever is troubling you. Don't delay.

Regular dental care: You need to see a dentist and have regular dental care. A comprehensive exam with x-rays should be able to diagnose your problem and determine the best treatment. If your dentist can't help you call the dental school.
