Rule out vascular: Issues first! if you have any swelling in your leg, heat, fever, or systemic signs, need to see a physician immediately. If not, may have pinched nerve in your back that is causing nerve irritation, like what people commonly call sciatica. About 15 percent of population has sciatic nerves that run through piriformis, suggest streching piriformis, then looking at things in your back in not vascular.

Go in for eval: Pain going down the leg, then numbness and coldness. This needs prompt evaluation. These are all concerning for problem with blood flow to the leg, which would be a vascular emergency. It at least needs to be ruled out.
