I have bad pain in my lower back and shooting pain that goes down to my leg and up to my head. i feel like something cold is running down my back ?

Pain going down the legs is association with back pain can be due to a number of things including compression of the cord or nerve roots. But back pain traveling to the head is a curious symptom & needs a doctor's evaluation. If recent & getting worse, get seen right away.
