Cravings: Everyone has cravings. You can eat some sweets, but of course they are bad for you in large quantities. I suggest making sure you don't have any in your home, that makes it a lot harder to give in to the craving.

Insulin: Food cravings are often caused by Insulin problems. Eating sweets on daily basis causes Insulin levels to spike, which brings your blood sugar levels down and this signals to your brain/ body that you need more sugar. Eating more sugar again will perpetuate the vicious cycle and ultimately increase the risk for diabetes. Eating a low carb diet with good sources of fat and protein will help.
