TOOTH paste: So many people place toothpaste on pimples rather than using products specifically formulated for the skin. The toothpaste chemically burned your skin. It may heal on its own, but you should probably see a dermatologist to have the area examined and have proper medication prescribed.

Toothpaste: Toothpaste can and will produce a burn-like mark if used on your skin. Whoever told you to do that as a cure for Acne should be arrested for practicing Medicine without a license. As to the skin damage, please have the area evaluated by a skin specialist, a Dermatologist, who can discuss safe and effective treatments with you.
