Steam: Hydroponic therapy or inhaling steam can help, especially if the congestion is from an infectious cause. Anti-allergy meds like zyrtec/claritin can help allergic sinusitis. See your pcp or allergist.

See your physician: As barometric pressure changes it might affect your sinus. Other meds you take may also be part of problem. See your primary care or an ear/nose/throat physician.
