Possible sinusitis: U say Rt sinus blocked, but I think U R referring to your nasal passage. I not expect sensation of Heart beat. But if U have sinusitis behind that blkd nostril U could have throbing in head. This needs drainage (afrin +/- sudafed 30mg, not PE) & antibiotics. U should seek out primary care to examine (but start decongest ASAP). If never took afrin-read directions, ie, taken sitting up, not lying
