Exercise, yes!: As we've noted in a previous answer (https://www.Healthtap.Com/#user_questions/979260), exercise is always a good thing. If poorly controlled diabetes is cause of neuropathy, need to control diabetes first. Which steroids do you mean? Corticosteroids will only worsen diabetes. Anabolic steroids will only work if your levels are low. You need to work w/your doc for your specific case.
