Stop eatng junk food: First off, stop eating junk food, start eating healthy like fruits, veggies, meats--real food. Count your calories every day--try to stay around 1200 cal per day. As for pimples start using salycylic acid which is found in many face washes. Also you are only 16, many teens get acne more easily than in adulthood. If your acne wont go away, consider going to a dermatologist to get you on antibiotics.
