Fibromyalgia: Your elevated ESR and CRP are abnormal and therefore are of concern. Continued work up to determine cause is defininately warranted. Fibromyalgia is not a diagnosis of exclusion but other disease processed can mimic or exacerbate the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Elevated ESR and CRP are not consistent with fibromyalgia.

ESR: Should not be elevated with fibromyalgia. It is a noon-specific marker of inflammation. You should find out what is inflamed and CRP is high. You need further work up with rheumatologist.
