There are forms of the disease w a negative ANCA screening test. Some patients are at risk for cardiac inflammation. Discuss whether renal testing, a biopsy and bronchoscopy are indicated. A chest image HRCT of the thorax is often useful. Please follow up with your physician and specialist. Watch for signs of shortness of breath.
