See doctor to verify: Usually anything related to pinched nerves in the neck (cervicals) have implications with the upper extremities, and likewise with the lumbars. So, normally the 7th vertebrae would not affect your toes. See your doctor, so they can do a mini-neurological check, and see what's causing that, as it may be more related to the sharp pain in your butt, rather than your neck. You need a physical exam.
