Depends on: Your weight. Som of the very, very low estrogen pills cause breakthrough bleeding if you weight over 149 pounds or so. So it is a difficult question to answer. Also do not know what is available in england.

Any of them: You need to check with your doctor, but any 35 microgram combination pill (contains estrogen and progesterone) is appropriate, assuming that you do not have a history of blood clots, migraines, high blood pressure or other contraindications to their use.
