Penis fungal therapy: If the penis has been washed with soap and water and the odor and redness persist you may have a yeast infection which persists with washing with soap and water. This can extend to the adjacent skin areas. Consider obtaining antifungal medication. If you have not been washing with soap and water consider obtaining antibacterial ointment to apply to the penis and cleanse the penis with soap and water between antibacterial ointment applications. Finally consider medical evaluation if the poop smell persists.
