Viral infection: This is most likely viral and can be from several causes. Sometimes stress will cause this as well as eating acidic foods such as fresh tomatoes. If it continues, you need an exam.

Tongue Ulcers: This can be a viral illness or a food or other allergic reaction. If they are not resolving spontaneously i think a physician or dentist should be consulted.
