Pregnancy: I don't think that you're having a problem. The fact that your belly feels or stays low maybe okay. The fact that the baby moves is good. If you do start having cramping pain or bleeding or any other symptom that is a concern such as baby not moving, then you should call your doctor immediately. Otherwise i hope that you will have good and safe delivery and a beautiful baby.

Normal: What do you need help for? This is normal. This is common and there is nothing here to be of concern. What does your prenatal guide book say? I believe your OB would have recommended at least one book on being pregnant to read during this exciting time. That book would also have the common and normal things to expect during pregnancy.
