Pregnant?: If there is any chance of pregnancy please check a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant then it is possible that the ovarian cyst may be causing hormonal changes resulting in irregular periods and spotting. If your periods do not regulate soon, see your doctor for exam and blood tests.
