Not likely: Unless the thyroid nodules are extremely large, you probably wouldn't notice anything, and even then you may not notice. However, if your thyroid gland itself is very large (goiter), it could cause some discomfort when swallowing (dyspagia). If you have thyroid nodules, see your primary care doc to have your thyroid evaluated.

GOITER: Thyroid nodules are very small/too produce swallow problems/but enlarged goiter if they are big can produce swallow problems , pleas see your pcp.
