Forgot seasonique pill yesterday had unprotected sex. i took pill this morning. am i still protected or should i get morning after pill.

You are OK: If you only missed one pill you are still protected. If you miss more than 2 pills you should use some other form of contraception until you have been back on the pill for 2 weeks.

PlanB: Go and get the morning after pill, but this may not protect you entirely the longer you wait.

MIssing BCPs: You are more than likely fine. You can double up on your bcps today if you like.

Maybe: Seasonique is a low dose oc. Since I do not know how long you have been taking it, i cannot be sure you are protected. If you have been taking it for more than 3 months, you probably are, but if you want to be sure you do not become pregnant, i would take the plan b. Check with the provider who gave you the oc first.
