Allergic rhinitis: Take an anthistamine such as Allegra (fexofenadine) before bed time. Sleepmwith several hypoallergenic pillows. Keep a vaporizer on at night. Use salt water nose drops at bedtime. Sleep with a closed window and air conditioning on.
