A member asked:

I have hyperthrophic rhinitus since 2010, so i get stuffy nose all the time, preventing me from sleeping long at night. do i need sleep aids?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: You need to consult an ENT doctor to see if you need surgery. Hypertrophy of the nasal structures leads to occlusion of the nasal airway and should be corrected surgically.
