Burning pins n needles in face taken 300mg tramadol n 180mg of codeine ova 24hr not at same time meds given by pain clinic but could combo cause this?

Cause or effect?: Are you on the medications for the burning pain or is this a new symptom? I'm imagining you mean this is new - the tramadol could be causing it, but that would be unusual. Nerve pain medications like Gabapentin tend to work better for this kind of pain, but you also need a diagnosis - see your doctor!

Unusual: I would think the meds were not causing the sensation; and it may have more to do with why your taking the meds which you did not identify.
