Likely sinus problem: It is likely sinus pressure you are experiencing. Nasal sprays can work, but the over the counter ones are not to be used long term. Also, you may have a sinus infection that would need to be treated with antibiotics. You should see your physician, possibly an ear nose throat specialist.

Depends: Over the counter nose sprays can be addictive. Talk to your doctor about nasal steroids or topical antihistamines. You can try saline irrigation like a neti pot and/or pseudophed if you don't have high blood pressure or arrhythmias. If no resolution consider a ct of the sinuses.

Facial pain: You need to see an allergist, get tested and find your trigger. This way you will know what is making you miserable and you will kearn how to avoid it. The allergist will give you medicine to ease the symptoms. If you have a prescription nasal spray, start usingi it but not the decongestant otc spray.
