Numbness is proble: I'd go back to the doctor that casted your fibular fracture. Pain may be normal but the numbness should be reevaluated.

Go back: You may have swelling requiring some adjustment of your cast. There is a nerve that runs next to your fibula, and you could have inflammation of this nerve that is causing numbness. It is important to get this evaluated asap.
