Might be: Radial nerve swings around the humerus in the lower third. If this nerve is stretched, compressed , bothered or injured can cause numbness+/-weakness. Better see an orthopaedic surgeon right away.

See your Doc: Get to see your doc asap as a nerve injury might have occurred. He/she would be able to answer your concerns and treat you. Lot depends on the site of the fx and the specific nerve involved. Contact your doc.
