Bleeding: There could be a connection however if you have not had the rectal bleeding evaluated, i would contact your physician and do so.

Hope you: Do not confuse between the two. Unless your bowel habits remain the same during your entire cycle there is not correlation. However if you by chance would get constipated just before your period could be a relationship between the two!
