A 2 yr old boy has hemorrhoids but they are small lumps clumped together all around the outside of anus. is this normal for hemmorhoids?

Never seen them: In more than 3 decades of pediatric practice I have never seen hemorrhoids on a normal kid, or one with problems either.I occasionally see skin tags or heaped up skin from a healed anal fissure, and there are skin conditions that can produce a cluster of bumps on an anus.Your kids doc should examine this and explain what they find.

No: It's not normal for a 2 yr old to suffer from hemorrhoids at all. This deserves a visit to the pediatrician for evaluation. May not be hemorrhoids at all - if it is, you need to sort out as to why this has occurred and get it managed appropriately.
