Don't scratch/squeez: There is great temptation to squeeze these, however that is the best way to spread them and cause more. Keep them clean with soapy water and pad dry twice daily; an otc antibiotic cream, perhaps alternating with a otc Hydrocortisone cream (0.5-1.0%) may help them clear. If they are persistent or new ones keep cropping up, see gp or dermatologist.
