Knee Numbness: There is a geniculate nerve in that area that can be compressed causing numbness. Avoiding direct pressure by not crossing legs or sleeping with knees together may resolve problems in as little as a few weeks.

Either one possible: Crossing your legs or, depending on the width of the bicycle seat and how you sit on it could be putting pressure on some nerves causing the symptoms. Try not crossing your legs for a while. If you still feel numbness, don't ride your bicycle for a while. It could also be due to something else, but you'll know once you stop these actions. Numbness could take a few weeks to improve, be patient.
