Heartburn: You seem to have a healthy heart rate. Acid reflux does not have a direct effect on the heart. You should get evaluated and treated for your symptoms though.

Every so often: A common rule is 20/20 -- 20 sec break every 20 min. If the text is too small, you can adjust the size, and the distance from the monitor, and the lighting. 30 minute breaks to do something else in between is also a good way to avoid fatigue.

Last week I found out I have raynaud syndrome. Does this mean I will have to live with it for the rest of my life?

Maybe, maybe not: When a patient has raynaud's symptoms, his doctors will look for the common causes such as autoimmune disorders, drug side effects, hormonal imbalances, etc... If a causative disease is found, then the patient has "raynaud's syndrome". If the causative disease is resolved or put into remission, then the patient's raynaud's symptoms might go away (as long as the causative disease doesn't return).

Needs evaluation: A rapid and irregular heart beat like you describe, needs evaluation by your doctor. Could be caused by heart rhythm disturbances, medications, over active thyroid. See your doctor.
