That is a normal heart rate. If aware of specific conditions that are to be monitored or taking meds that may affect your heart rate, your treating doc would be best to place specific values in clinical context.

Your heart rate is normal. Regular exercise will lower resting heart rate. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
