You need to avoid: Food that make you bloated . You mentioned milk , bread and sweets . If condition continue , please see your doc. Good luck.

Bloating: Most of the time, excessive bloating is related to food intake. You would expect to be more bloated with high fiber diet (veggies, large amout of fruits), high carbohydrates and dairy products. If you are using artificial sugar, suggest to stop. Adjust the above intake to see if this would help.
