Not intraocular: If you mean inside your eye behind the cornea and on the iris, warts are extremely rear, the spot could be a normal iris frickle. Warts on facial and eyelid skin now are relatively common and cuasued by regular papilloma virus. If they are increasing see a dermatologist.

Not a wart: But some rare diseases can cause growths on iris and skin. Called phacomatoses. See an ophthalmologist asap.
