De-stress!!!!: We all need to talk very good care of ourselves to avoid the consequences of stress. Sleeping 7-8 hours a night, eating well, exercising regularly, and socializing with friends are all important to good health and de-stressing. Go for a walk with friends, meditate, read a novel, go to a comedy club. Allow yourself permission to care for you!
