Not enough informati: I need to know if the basal cell was cut out with stitches or if it was scraped and burnt.If it was cut out with stitches it is possible that one of the ones that was put underneath your skin is coming to the surface and is causing the problem. It is unusual for a faithful sell to come back in one month unless it was never entirely removed.
