Yes: The very definiton of "overdose" implies that, yes, you may need anything from supportive treatment (oxygen, fluid iv, rest, observation), to receiving the antidote, narcan (naloxone).

Narcan (naloxone) : Narcan (naloxone) is a short acting narcotic reversal agent. Because it is short acting it shouldn't take long to leave your system.
