Any update on treatment for idiopathic inflammatory myopathies?

Idiopathic myopathy.: Idiopathy means not know the cause yet. More and more former idiopathic disorders become well known etiology. The answer is if it is still idiopathic, the treatment should be the same of symptomatic management so far.
