Water loss: It dehydrates the fat tissue which is like a sponge and will come right back. Unless you change your dietary habits dramatically. Eat more protein, drink more water, avoid carbohydrates which cause water retention and avoid excessive sodium. Your body wrap might last a week or more that way.
