Maybe: Hydrocodone is the narcotic ingredient found in several formulations of pain relievers such as norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) vicodin and lortab. These medications can be used to treat a multitude of acute pain issues but become less effective for long term use. It would depend on what is the cause of your neck pain.
