Potentially: People with gastroparesis typically have chronic difficulties with nausea and vomiting due to delayed gastric emptying. If you are unable to take in much nutrition, this will be problematic with pregnancy.

Not necessarily: In the limits of my specialty, Internal Medicine, I am not aware of a direct connection between gastroparesis and high risk pregnancy. However, conditions that predispose to gastroparesis, for example poorly controlled diabetes or morbid obesity, may create the premises for a high pregnancy risk.
