Well, kinda...: I'm not quite sure what you mean by "spots, " so i can't say for sure. However, the very back of the tongue has all kinds of normal bumps and lumps all over it. It can also exhibit various color variations. And, it can change over time. If you have doubts about what you're looking at, just get it checked by a dentist or an ent.
