Spots: Any red or white spots in the mouth that do not completely disappear in 2 weeks from onset require examination and possible imaging and/or testing. Usually mouth lesions are readily treatable, but sometimes can be quite serious. The appearance of blood on the sides of your tongue may indicate a non-healing lesion or gum disease. Please see your Dentist to begin the diagnostic process. Do not delay
