Not exactly....: Rosacea ] is a chronic condition characterized by facial erythema (redness)[2] and sometimes pimples. It can cause the nose to become puffy. Alcohol makes you blush. It accentuates rosacea. It may make it a bit worse. Over a long period of time the pimples of the rosacea can make the nose puffier and bigger.....
