No: Anemia causes fatigue, shortness of breath, paleness or pounding in head, throbbing in ears, even headaches with exertion. Whatever is causing night sweats may also be causing anemia and may be serious. You should see a doctor about this. Tests will be needed.

The differential diagnosis for night sweats is lengthy, but includes several serious medical problems that should not be ignored or discounted. See your dr and get to the bottom of this.
