Sleep apnea: Do you snore? Have you been evaluated for sleep apnea? Fatigue even after a full night sleep is a trigger word for me to think about sleep apnea. Discuss this with your doctor.

Fatigue: It is possible you may be depressed which can give you symptoms of fatigue. if so, see a psychologist or psychotherapist
