No: In general, with advancing age there is a slight reduction in the size of the actual testicles. What is sometimes confusing is when the scrotum gets bigger from such common conditions as hydrocele (excess fluid around testicle), spermatoceles, and hernias which are often mistaken as a larger testicle.
